Inequalities

Inequalities are like an equation , however instead of one solution, they offer a range of solutions.
Let's remember
≥ or ≤ (this means I am including the number as part of my answer, for example X≥9, X can be greater or equal to 9, I need to use [ or ] to set my interval notation answer)

> or < ( this means I am NOT including the number as part of my answer, for example X > 9, X has be greater than 9, I need to use ( or ) to set my interval notation answer)

for example: 2X -5 ≤ 6 + 3x -2
2X -3X≤ 6 -2 +5
-X≤ 9
(anytime you divide by a negative number, in this case -1, you need to switch the sign (≤ to ≥) and the change the sign of 9 to -9 X≥-9

The following videos will show you how to work with them.
